House Rules

1. To comply with all obligations imposed upon Resident by applicable provisions of building and housing codes material affecting health and safety.
2. That after the effective date of this lease, the resident shall not receive housing assistance under more than one HUD program at the same time.
3. Not to use the utilities or equipment for improper or unauthorized use.
4. To report all overnight guests and the date they will arrive and the date they will be leaving to the Resident Manager.
5. To report all vehicles belonging to the Residents or his/her overnight guests.
6. Agrees to keep all of his/her household members and guests off lawn area, except in designated play area
7. To refrain from, and to cause his/her Household and guests to refrain from parking in non—designated parking areas.
8. Not to put scotch tape or anything that sticks on the walls or their units.
9. Not to put grease, articles of clothing, disposable diapers, tampax; tampons, sanitary napkins, cottonelle toilet tissue, etc., in your drains or toilets, as all of these items will stop up the sewer lines.
10. No CB Antennas put up.
11. To have no boats, motorcycles, camper tops, bicycle parts, car parts, old furniture, swing sets, or other unsafe articles, etc., in or adjourning Housing Authority Property.
12. Residents will not paint walls a different color other than bone white, only with written permission from the office, and if they do, they will be responsible for paint and labor used re re-paint.
13. To have no BB Guns or Air Rifles on the grounds.
14. No linoleum rugs or carpeting to be put in the unit unless written permission is obtained from the office.
15. No parking of cars on the sidewalks or in the yards for repairing or washing.
16. No junk or other non-running cars parked in and/or adjourning Housing Authority Proper
17. Not to hang rugs or clothes on the railings or banisters.
18. To pay a $5.00 fee for unlocking resident doors after having done so twice previously.
19. All garbage must be placed in plastic garbage bags.
20. No water beds allowed in second story apartments.
21. No drinking alcoholic beverages on the project grounds.
22. No candle burning allowed in apartments
